Join us for a festive day at the Holiday Bazaar, hosted by our wonderful community! With 18-20 local vendors offering unique, handcrafted items, seasonal decor, gifts, treats, and more, it is the perfect chance to kick off your holiday shopping. A food truck will also be on site to order delicious food! Bring your friends and family and enjoy a fun-filled afternoon of shopping, mingling, and celebrating the season. We cannot wait to see you there!

Join your neighbors and friends for a festive evening of holiday cheer at our annual Sandy Point Christmas Party! Bring your favorite beverage (BYOB), your holiday spirit, and help spread joy to those in need.
Please consider bringing an unwrapped toy to donate to Toys for Tots. Your generosity will help brighten the holidays for local children.
We will also be raffling off beautifully crafted Christmas centerpieces, with all proceeds going to support the Ferndale Food Bank. It is a fun way to give back and take home something special for your holiday table.

Office Closed for Thanksgiving
Sandy Point Improvement Company Office will be closed on Thursday and Friday, November 27-28th for Thanksgiving. We will be back in the office on Monday, December 1st.

Pickleball Update
Pickleball update:
The demand for pickleball is greater than we ever expected. Here are some things that I am currently working with the Sandy Point Improvement Company Office to implement.
1) Key fob access for hours outside of when the pool is open.
2) Online booking system, with a mobile app. Schedule your court times at PicklePlanner, see availability and more.
3) Court rules and regulations to make it fair and reasonable for everyone and to help avoid confusion.
We have received loads of feedback on this and are working on it. More to come over the next week or two. Please hang in there as we work through the process.

You do NOT have to fill this out for the water that you receive from Sandy Point Improvement Company.
On page 3 under General Instructions, it states:
IF YOU ONLY USE WATER AS A CUSTOMER OF A WATER SYSTEM (FOR EXAMPLE, YOU PAY A WATER BILL TO A CITY, TOWN, OR PUBLIC WATER SYSTEM) YOU DO NOT NEED TO FILE A COURT CLAIM FOR THAT USE.
SANDY POINT IS A PUBLIC WATER SYSTEM AND IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ADDRESSING THIS ISSUE.
Free At-home COVID Tests & Fire Alarms
The Fire Department at 4332 Sucia Drive in the Sandy Point Shores has free Fire Alarms that include a 10-year lithium battery now available for pickup during normal business hours. Fire Alarms are limited to three (3) per household.
