The Clubhouse is a great venue for parties and social events.  Sandy Point shareholders can reserve the clubhouse for personal use by filling out the rental agreement form and submitting it to the main office. Rental of the clubhouse does not include access to the pool. The Clubhouse is located at 4460 Decatur Drive, and our heated outdoor swimming pool is located adjacent to the club house.

The Pool Opens May 28th, 2021
Pool Hours are 7 Days a week, 10:00 am – 7:00pm. First and last hours for adults only
– Change Rooms are closed, there is an outdoor shower on the Pool Deck.
– Please maintain social distancing.
– Sandy Point cannot supply pool toys at this time, you may bring your own toys.
– No larger that 6 people in a group
– We are at 50% Capacity.
